Blogmas Day 2 - Christmas Jumpers

Millions of people celebrate Christmas Jumper Day each year. Launching in 2012 by Save The Children, people are urged to ‘make the world better with a sweater’ by donating at least £1 – whether this is on their own or as part of a team.

Not specifically a Christmas jumper, but definitely gives off festive vibes. I love Snoopy, so anything featuring that lil pup is a winner in my books.

This pink jumper seems to run on the oversized side, and while the pink isn’t a super traditional option it will certainly bring a little bit of glam to the – socially distanced – party.

Another super cute jumper from Next, keeping with the pink theme. The little sequin Holly motifs are lovely and refined – while again not super Christmassy it’s lovely for the festive season.

I’m a sucker for a cute animal, this white polar bear scene could easily look pretty naff but the colour combo makes it look super fresh and modern with the gold sequins giving some added glitz.

Probably the most Christmassy of the jumpers I’ve seen this year, the fur-trimmed sleeves are just *chefs kiss*. We all love a slogan, and even better when it’s a pun. Sleigh all day, indeed.

This round-necked jumper featured dropped shoulders and ribbing around the neckline, cuffs and hem. Three sequin penguins under a disco ball feature on the front, very cute.

This soft knit is super cute, and perfect for dressing up or down. The textured Christmas pudding pattern features sequin and bobble embellishments.

This brushed knit jumper is a super cozy way to get geared up for Christmas. Featuring a sequinned bow detail, get yourself wrapped up this winter.

The good news if you're looking for a new Christmas jumper for Christmas Jumper Day is that there's still plenty of time to order one online - however, why not try giving your old one a new lease of life? You could sew on some jangly bells or try your hand at creating your own sequin motifs?
